I have scans registered in Cyclone Register 360. The Scans are from the RTC 360. I exported one e57 containing all the setups with the Structures unstructured option enabled.
The scan imports and aligns and everything looks good. But the Meshing process fails.

what are the intensity values of your scans and which option are you using for mesh creation?
Can you try set 0 for Minimal intensity for Laser scans in the Reconstruction settings:
and then create the mesh again?
