I have a problem with the alignment of the camera, the first round of images does not come out, I only have two positions, only the top round if aligned but the first round of photos from the bottom for some reason does not come out. This is happening in all my tests.

are those images taken with rotation table? Have you used image masks? What are your alignment settings? How big difference is between the capture circles? If it is bigger than 30°, then it is possible that images weren’t aligned, as there is big difference between them.
