Hi, i’d like to understand is thre a way to use 360 photo like developed by insta 360 or similar to generate photogrammetry and mesh model?

Unfortunately, we currently do not support 360 degree cameras, but it is a popular feature request, so I will add your comments to the feature request, and this will up the priority.

360 is the key to challenging photogrammetry such as tight indoor spaces and featureless or natural environments. In them, cubefaces and normal photography makes it almost impossible to align with confidence. The 360 camera sensors and optics are so good already that even with only the 360 images it would be a good model, but with them along with a normal camera of say 35mm lens and 20+ megapixels with good optics, and the added benefit of alignment with 360 images, hohoho, christmas!

It has been nearly 2 years since this was posted. Even back this was an existing popular feature request. Is there any update on 360 images being used? These cameras have only grown in popularity with brands like DJI entering this market recently. The X5 replaced the already strong X4 camera, GoPro released the Max 2 etc.
