if I get the field grass and the wild grass for desktop than I’m happy becouse I coudn’t use the first pack in my project

First of all, thank you for great package! Might be due to being new to unreal, but… what is the best way to use the package to create grass? I have tried using Foliage buttom from top-left of Modes tab in UE4, painting them to ground. Before painting, I put max cull distance to 3000 (30 meters, border easily seen when playing) to keep it very small distance, just for testing. Still, it seems to take a lot of fps. I have semi-large area covered by it, but since the culling only small portion is seen at a time.
I also tried to use it through procedural foliage volume, spawning similar to trees (as I recall reading from some other forum that it was better way) though by that I did not get it spread like grassfields should (more like trees, one spot there, another there etc). Third option would be using ue4 own grass-system as instructed by their own documentary, but… I am getting always low fps. So I must be doing something wrong since your maps have good fps (although they are very small areas with just the grass).
So, do you have some recommended method to greate large areas with your grass system?

Sorry for the delayed response, Very strange problem, you should be able to use any of the options you mentioned without any fps problems. In the demos we are using the standard foliage paint mode, I have attached a picture of the settings for one of the meshes, if you apply these settings for each mesh then select all of them and paint you should get a nice dense coverage with almost no fps drops.

Check shader complexity in your scenes. FPS issues are probably caused by overdraw in masked material.
i have two questions.
first. whats the diference between realistic grass 1 and ralistic grass 2?(i already have realistic grass 2)
second i have boyed realistic grass in cuberush. where should i put the decompressed zip?
Hi could I make a request, maybe add another mesh within the grass mashes for a top down view as well, I think it will make the grass look better and make it grass look more dense as well from the view above and from other angles

more info about that. It doesn’t have add with foliage tools, because project target is to cut grass with lawnmover. Those have made by blueprints and added 30000 blueprint actors with realistic grass grass mesh. In empty map when add blueprint it looks good, but not in that big map. There has been different grass before (with unreal own asset), but when changed blueprint actor mesh it goes like that
