real time captured skylight with increased intensity won't affect the result in movie render queue

I have an architecture project with RTX 3090/w ray tracing,I want to produce high quality images by rendering image in movie render queue.
When I increased the intensity in the skylight (HDRIBackdrop), the result is not as illuminated as in the preview window shown.

anyone encountered the same issue?

Yes! Similar problem here.
In my case, render queue do not behaves as viewport respect to Skylight.
No sky reflections in Static. When I set it to movable looks fine in viewport but in Render Queue does not see skylight AO.

Maybe it should be added in console commands ?..
