Raytracing not visible when rendering movie from sequencer

A bit new to the game and picking things up quickly, however I can’t seem to get my render from sequencer to come out the same as in the cinematic viewport. The raytracing I have on looks great until I render and then it appears to shut off. Is there a particular setting to make sure it renders with it on?

Without more information about how it looks in the viewport vs render, the best I can recommend is to enable warmup time and per-shot warmup time/frames in the settings so that the denoisers have time to settle, or switching to the new Movie Render Queue system which has these settings pre-set to better defaults.
