Raytracing GI

Hi im currently testing raytracing for unreal engine and for some reason im getting this weird noise when using rt gi even tho im using 64 samples. Does anyone know why it is like this? Screenshot - f94e75bf1c08a96d429ad1b38d0c65d4 - Gyazo

I already tried disabling the dnoiser and it helped a bit but i find it really weird that i need 64 samples to even get it a bit noisefree. In all the videos i watch they just need like 4-16 samples. Is the rtx 3090 bugged or something or am i doing something wrong here? ( yes im using the latest drivers )
