Ray Tracing Issue - All objects in the scene are reflected as if they were in the center of the world

Hello. I have this issue where i am trying to use Ray Traced Reflections in my scene, however i get this strange effect where all the object in my scene appears on top of each other as they were all in the center of the map. I have tried deleting the PPV and only using the default project settings.

Its important to mention that when i start a new level from scratch it dosent happens. But i cant find the issue in the level i am working on.
