Ray traced shadows giving inaccurate shadows

Hi, I was rendering a scene in UE 5.6.1, and I ran into an issue with MRQ when I enabled ray traced shadows. I used the console command r.RayTracing.Shadows 1.

But during rendering, the shadows of a few objects were floating and inaccurate. It mainly happened when the camera was a little far away from the scene.

And this is how it looked in the view port without raytraced shadows

As you can see the shadows of those pods are floating and the landscape shadows are very incorrect.

Anyone know why this is and what I can do to fix it? I would rather not use shadowmaps.
