Random storm zones always move from the first zone, instead of the center of the current zone

Summary

No matter the zone and how far from the first one it is, it always moves from the first beacon (in my case, the center of the map) so if you make it move little it always closes near the center, and if you make it mov too much it closes on the opposite side of the map

Steps to Reproduce

Best way to show it is placing an advanced storm controller and some beacons, then making the first zone move 500m and the second 10m. The storm will always close in the middle, making games repetitive

Expected Result

Storm should move from the center of the current zone

Observed Result

Storm always moves from the first beacon
