Summary
Previously when dragging out a tree from the content browser you would have a random Y rotation and scale between a threshold of usually 0.8 and 1.2 this made it so filling out an area with trees was easy since you just needed to drag out and the randomization was provided, however in the most recent update this seems to have broke entirely and no longer works.
This is an extra pain also because we dont have “Actor painting” which means we literally have to rotate and scale each one manually

Open blank UEFN island and drag out a tree like Athena Large tree or any Hera Tree
Expected Result
it gives a random Y rotation and scale
Observed Result
it does not and just stays at 0,0,0 rotation and 1,1,1 scale
