Using Quick render with mp4 and choosing not to overwrite existing files (but keeping “Auto Versioning” enabled), will cause unreal to freeze up when it reaches frame 2 or 3. If I do the same with jpg output there is no freeze up - unreal will always version up the files (even with overwrite enabled). Ideally mp4 would not freeze up and instead give the same behaviour as with jpg output. This is not a high priorty request at this point.

Steps to Reproduce
This is reproducible in 5.6 and 5.7
- Duplicate DefaultQuickRenderGraph
- Change output type from jpg to mp4
- On the mp4 node, insert a {version} token to filename
- On the Global Output Settings node, change “Overwrite Existing Output” to false
- Render
- Notice render will freeze at frame 2-3
