Questions on UE Water

Hey so I got my head slowly wrapped around the water system In Unreal engine 5 first introduced in Unreal Engine 4.26 but I got several questions:

  1. how to achieve foam? I got coastics to work but not foam… I used this video but it didn’t work properly. Is there any way to get foam with the Water system on UE5?

  2. what are the usual way to increase performance with the UE Water system? I know that you can reduce the number of waves for the Gerstner waves and also reduce the tesselation. But are there other way to improve perofrmance.

I also want to try a plugin for better performance with Buoyancy which is c++ based. I will se if that could better my performance bor buoyancy because when I used my fps dropped hard.

It’s same for me about foam! Did you have solution for this ?
