Question regarding conceptualising VR environment and asset development for a community challenge

Hi, I am working on conceptualizing a open-to-community challenge that would require entrants to upload UE4 VR environments/assets. How would I go about localizing, storing, and running submissions from multiple sources. What size requirements are normally expected for VR projects?

I can go into more detail if necessary, but essentially I would like insights into feasibility and the processes involved with communal projects.
