Question about world composition layers

So I haven’t utilized the world composition layers feature before, but as I understand it (and I could be wrong) it’s similar to the level streaming volumes in that it takes sections of the same map and categorizes them into layers, which can be referenced to stream in or stream out level data that isn’t necessary to load.

What I’m curious of, is if that streaming behavior applies to actors that are created in-game. (at runtime.) If so, it’d help massively for my project, but I don’t really know how to set it up, or if it even works the way that I understand/am hoping. Can anyone with a bit more experience enlighten me on the world composition layers?

Thanks so much for your time!

Anybody have any insight on this?
