Quest: How to create reflective Material?

When using the Standard Material features - I can create with roughness and spec my reflectivity and glossiness of a shader.
But when using Android Render Preview with ES3.1 - no reflections are visible at all.

How can you create a reflective Material that is also reflective when using Android ES3.1?

For Quest I’m guessing you have Mobile HDR off. From what I’ve experienced it seems that this makes reflections less effective. I do get some degree of reflection in my Quest projects but it is indeed not as great as in SM5.
