quest 2 controller initial rotation (orientation) missed up when upgrading the project from unreal 4 to unreal 5

Hello , I upgraded the project from unreal v4.21 to unreal 5.0

the hand (controller) rotated up 90° initially … so the player has to tilt his hand down to get the correct aim placement …

I tried rotating the motion controller itself … it always resets in runtime
I also tried rotating the parent of the motion controller … still no change
