Quest 2 bug (AFK hands)

I want to report a bug. This appeared for the first time on Preview 1, but I thought it was just a problem in the project settings. On Preview 2, the trouble was repeated, with the build, the hands just lie on the floor, there is no reaction. The controllers themselves work, but not in the app. In the editor they move, but the teleporters don’t work. OpenXR included, Oculus VR too.
For the first time, it turned out to run VR correctly, even the build worked. After a restart it stopped. Same problem on another computer

P.S. This problem appeares and on desktop and on android version.
