Summary

With a project size of 65%, I am unable to push changes without the connection between my Editor and the Fortnite client getting stuck, being in a infinite loop, or not showing any identifying information that tells me that my connection is still secure just needs more time to load.

Some of my other teammates are not having this issue but it is impossible to work within the project. I have to go into an empty project to make the Verse systems to then transfer over but if I need to make any VERY VERY small value changes, it takes 30+ minutes for all the restarts, loading, and connecting.

The Editor says it is loading but the Fortnite client says “Up to Date”

Steps to Reproduce

Make change in Verse, Compile, Push Only Verse changes → Getting stuck in loading (30+ minutes sometimes of testing, which eventually doesnt ever actually connect/update the client).

Expected Result

With bigger projects loading times increasing makes sense, but I expect to be able to update Fortnite client and test the Verse I just wrote/revised without having to go through the 30+ minutes kill all UEFN/Fortnite tasks running, relaunch UEFN, launch and load the entire project and the 30+ minutes of the initial connection.

Observed Result

UEFN Editor says “Loading…”, Fortnite client has me in the weirdo glass room with the top left saying “Up to Date” with no indication of actual updating happening.

Additional Notes

PLEASE FIX THIS, I try to work hard and optimize my development pipeline but I spend more time looking at a loading screen/having to waste time restarting for EVERY SINGLE little change I do to verse, or within the world inside the project.
