Summary
When you hover over the push changes button it used to tell you if you made changes during the editor session and if the button stayed green no push was necessary. Now it never shows changes made and many simple changes now require a push to update.

Steps to Reproduce
Make changes and hover over Push Changes button.
Expected Result
Tells you if changes were made.
Observed Result
Always says no changes were sent to Editor since 36.00, so push required.
