When creating a new release, the previous island title is not saved from previous releases. Additionally, it is requiring me to re-submit the IARC questionnaire

doing this seems to not store previous IARC and title
Expected Result
Would like to see any new release have pre-filled all the information from the previous approved release
Observed Result
Some Discover feilds are not being stored requiring re-entry
