Summary

I’ve tried multiple times to publish my map and it keeps throwing me this error, I don’t have a clue what to do

i go through whole publishing process
i click publish
i get this error

for it to publish

I swear I have tried like 14 times and even switched the team back to just me and still getting the same error.

here is my map code: 2330-9009-9187

next thing im going to try is duplicating the project and republish that

  • keep in mind each time im attempting a republish I have to go through the whole rating process over again and it’s becoming very painful

I’ve also read a few other posts of people getting this similar error and none of them are really getting any clarification.

for some reason I suspect it could be the network I’m uploading on now because it was going through on the internet I was working on before.. but regardless that is kind of wild. I’ll be able to test that tomorrow hopefully.

I finally got publishing submission to work. Duplicating it did not work,

what I did on this last one was removed Enable Streaming, Set to Chapter 4 TOD Manager, & also didn’t upload my promo video with it this time.

Okay so just to come back on this I just published an update for my map, at first I got the error again and the only difference this time was because I used the promo video. When I took it off it published fine! I am using .mov ,

I’ll try again at some point with a different format
