Steps to Reproduce
Set Fortnite’s Matchmaking Region to Europe and apply the setting.
Open the published island using the island code below.
Select Public and press Play.
Expected Result
The island loads and players can enter the match.
Observed Result
The loading screen stays up and players cannot enter the match. I reproduced the issue in three attempts using different accounts, and other players experienced it as well.

Additional Notes
The same island loads successfully with Europe + Private
and with North America + Public.
Most recent failed Europe + Public attempt was on 16:25 Finland time (UTC+2).
