Hello everyone and thank you for taking the time to read this
I am new to creative and was wondering if anyone could give me a little help
I have created a island on ps5 and published it.
It went through the age rating and is not set to published but when I enter the island through the island code its set to playtest and nothing works
Is there somthing I am doing wrong?
The island works fine in creative but nothing works when I enter the published island

Steps to Reproduce
On starting the map you speak to a npc which then starts the escape
Expected Result
When interacting with the npc
Music should start the barrier should drop and then tiles should fall from the ceiling that creat a stair case
Observed Result
Music plays but then nothing happens after
