Summary
Hello. For more than a month and a half I have not been able to publish two of my islands: 8375-0838-8021 and 1346-1178-8197. The islands were available earlier, before the introduction of the IARC rating. Now, after receiving a rating, on the last publishing screen, the “Publish” button is inactive and a message appears on it:
“Some fields are filled in with errors. Please correct them before publishing.” All fields have been checked several times and filled out correctly. I am attaching screenshots. Please solve the problem with both islands. Thank you.
I CAN’T CONTACT SUPPORT!
I can’t create a ticket via email (error sending to my email address). Chat not available. How can I contact support? Someone help please.

- Problem publishing maps and unable to contact support.

- Successful ticket creation and map publishing.
