Summary
Any game built with UE 5.8.0 crash shortly after startup on some high-end machines when PSO Precaching is enabled.
The same project built with previous engine versions (5.6 and 5.7) does not experience this crash.
Setting r.PSOPrecaching=0 in DefaultEngine.ini prevents the crash.
Note: When launching the game with the -log command-line argument, a “LLVM ERROR: out of memory” is visible in the console window (as the image attached below), but it is not captured in the saved log file.

Steps to Reproduce
1.Create a new project (e.g., using the Third Person Template).
2.Package the game using UE 5.8.0 in any configuration (Shipping or Development).
3.Launch the package on an affected machine.
4.Observe that the game crashes due to out of memory shortly after startup.
Expected Result
Don’t crash when PSOPrecaching is enabled.
Observed Result
The game crashes due to an Out of Memory error shortly after startup, exiting completely without a crash prompt, error message.
