PS5 Players Can't Open My Island

Summary

We have released a new game but start receiveing reports from players failing to enter the game when accessing from PS5.

Island: 3936-6348-7749

When player select this island and click “Play”
It shows “Preparing the island” forever then fails.

Other plataforms such as XBOX, PC, Mobile works successfull.

At a playstation 5 plataform.
Select island 3936-6348-7749
Click to Play

Expected Result

Island should load successfully and start.

Observed Result

It shows “Preparing the island” forever then fails.

[ROOT CAUSE]

We identified what caused this issue.
There was a material reffered at Verse that did not exist anymore.
After removing this reference entry, PS5 and XBOXS were able to load the game.

Anyway, would be better to consoles somehow deal with this error, similar to other plataforms, instead trying to open the map for 10 min until timeout.
