This is NOT going to happen.
Dual Sense and software related to it are all proprietary - owned by Sony and licensed under their commercial terms.
Sony will never allow for open access to this. You must be a partner in order to use it.
So no, UE5 won’t have native and open support for Dual Sense.
The best we might get is a plugin that is only accessible on separate EU branch for Sony partners.
Something similar already exists for Dual Shock (PS4 Gamepad), see: What does the "Windows DualShock" plugin actually do?
There are some alternatives - non-official APIs like Ohjurot/DualSense-Windows (I even found UE bindings for this one here Sixze/FabulousDualSense ) - BUT this is NOT something that you can ship your Game with. It is NOT legally safe outside of educational use.
Alternatively, you could try mapping DualSense buttons via Raw/Enhanced input - see: [Tutorial] UE4 using Dualshock4 controller (via USB, PS4 DS4 Gamepad) - I even remember having this working around 2 years ago with few tweaks to DPad axis, BUT AGAIN, this is probably not legally safe to ship a game with.
Similar case is with Playstation button prompt icons - they’re all copyrighted by Sony.
