PS4 & Switch & Xbox Series S players failed to loading into existing rooms

Summary

PS4 & Switch & Xbox Series S players failed to load into existing rooms of Fort Knight Legend 2(1324-1016-2565). The problem doesn’t occur if they start a new room.

Steps to Reproduce

1、start a new room on PC
2、use PS4 to join the room

Expected Result

The ps4 succeed to join the game.

Observed Result

The ps4 returns back to lobby after 2 minutes loading.

Works on Mobile Android

fails on Nintendo Switch 1 with matchmaking error number 2 sometimes

and often network error “Server error connection lost” instantly before the game opens, even though Matchmaking was successful.

The Xbox One X fails. Should have connected then say Preparing Shaders.

This gave same as the screen picture

When trying for the second time the game started. This worked and the Xbox controller works well
