Summary
Proximity chat has stopped working in Creative mode maps since today’s update (Thursday, September 25, 2025). The proximity chat option has disappeared from the island settings, and when publishing the map, the voice chat works as if it were the normal chat instead of proximity chat.

Steps to Reproduce
Open Fortnite Creative (Creative 1.0 or UEFN).
Create a new island or open an existing one where Proximity Chat was previously available.
Go to Island Settings → look for the Proximity Chat option (it no longer appears).
Publish the island with voice chat enabled.
Join the published map and test voice chat with other players.
You will notice that the voice chat behaves like normal voice chat (all players can hear each other at any distance) instead of Proximity Chat.
Expected Result
The Proximity Chat option should appear in the island settings, and when the island is published, voice chat should work with proximity rules (players can only hear others when they are within a certain distance).
Observed Result
The Proximity Chat option is missing from the island settings, and once the island is published, the voice chat behaves as regular voice chat (all players can hear each other everywhere) instead of proximity-based.
