Summary
The Prop Ping UI on the top of the screen is broken, severely affecting all Prop Hunt maps. It appears to be visual-only, only the numbers glitch out but the ping noise still plays every 15 seconds.

Occurs when 2 or more players are using the Prop-O-Matic.
Expected Result
The Prop UI behaves normally, ticking down from 15 seconds and repeating.
Observed Result
The numbers on the UI constantly glitch out and flicker between random numbers.
