Prop mover settings seem to be bugged, a prop mover in motion cannot be reset or reversed until it has finished its full movement. This was never the case before this update and happens with event bound prop movers in creative and uefn.

Steps to Reproduce
Place a prop mover attached to a object, event bind a switch that advances on turned on and reverses on turned off. when advancing forward sending a reverse signal will do nothing, it will only reverse if the advancing motion is completed.
Expected Result
Prop mover should reverse the instant it receives the reverse signal.
I’m making a post on this for the second time to make sure it gets to epic. Would appreciate any info you guys have on whether this is a bug or intended new feature.
control +F type Reverse now have to Stop first and Reverse
also Allow Reverse Past Start On, Off Determines
whether the prop can go backwards past its starting position.
Thank you for your comment but this fix dose not work. You cannot stop a prop mover in motion since the update so stopping and then reversing will not do anything.
Prop mover definitely ain’t responding to events anymore. Like said it does once it reaches its destination but my map and all its old versions are now broken they do not respond to any events while moving.
It worked for my map for about a year. 35.00 broke this. I am using verse now but this has broken any old versions ad id rather them just fix the device.
I hate to give advice like this, but since you’re using UEFN, I recommend you downright replace the prop mover with cinematics and/or move them with verse.
Both of these methods will be much more reliable than the prop mover, as the device itself has always been faulty from launch. Do note that there are issues with desync and cinematics, so tread carefully. If you need any extra help on this I can always help out!
This update didn’t fix it (35.10) but while looking at it more I noticed I have the same issues I have with the Animation Seq events where I need to do a stop event before it will let me move now while before I could just go from Forward to Backwards to Reset etc without having a stop in between.
So with most methods I find myself doing a Stop on Press then doing the Movement On Release event
In Animation Seq you can do it without the stop but its not reliable and tends to cause glitches So I am assume this is why it stopped being possible with Prop mover as it wasn’t optimal?
