Summary
When my map is published with a prop manipulator it no longer registers all of the props in the zone. Only about half work.
Steps to Reproduce
Create a map with over 14k props and put a prop manipulator zone over it to affect health or hide or really anything to change the props then publish the map and play the code on PC.
Expected Result
All props in the zone should be affected by the prop manipulator.
Observed Result
Only about half of the props will be affected by the zone even though they are all in the zone.

Additional Notes
It appears this has to do with world steaming and the grids being on and something to do with the prop zone loading in before the props and not recognizing them being there is my best guess.
