Summary
My UEFN project suddenly stopped launching after adding new devices. The editor works, but the game session will not start. Project validation fails every time. The Output Log shows MODULE_NOT_FOUND, HTTP request timeout, and “Failed to validate local source content”. Fortnite Creative cannot launch the session anymore. I already restarted the PC, verified Fortnite, and checked my project files, but the issue persists.

Steps to Reproduce
The project was working yesterday. After adding several devices (Trigger, End Game Device, Spawners), the game launched a few times and then stopped working completely. Validation now fails every time. The Message Log shows:
HTTP request timed out after 3 seconds
MODULE_NOT_FOUND
Failed to query project dependency API
Failed to validate local source content
Project failed to upload
I also noticed that UEFN tries to access a URL during validation and times out. I used two different Wi‑Fi networks to log in to Fortnite Editor — mobile hotspot Wi‑Fi and my standard Wi‑Fi.
I tried:
restarting the PC
verifying Fortnite in Epic Launcher
clearing cache
removing unnecessary devices
checking project folders
Expected Result
The project should validate successfully, upload normally, and launch a Fortnite session without errors.
Observed Result
Project validation fails every time.
The Message Log shows:
HTTP request timed out
MODULE_NOT_FOUND
Failed to query project dependency API
Failed to validate local source content
Project failed to upload
The game session does not start even though the editor opens normally
