Project still use reflection capture under RT setting

I’m setting the scene with ray tracing for only reflection and refraction to make windows and metal surfaces believable.
My windows started working correctly as soon as I enable Ray Tracing Translucency but my metal surfaces never seem to work no matter what I do with Ray Tracing Reflection and keep showing me Reflection Capture.
I’m sure I’ve followed tutorial documents but none of them seems to work.
I can’t move it to 4.24 since the datasmith fails as soon as I do and chop off my workflow.
Any point of direction would be appreciated!
