Summary
Hello, I experienced a severe local workspace sync issue where my editor snapshot history completely glitched out. However, I successfully submitted a memory calculation for this project on 12-07-25, so my data is verified on your servers. Can a platform engineer please force-push the server snapshot associated with my 12-07-25 memory submission back to my active workspace or send me a download link for those project files? Thank you. I was trying to update the island, but i kept getting stuck on memory calculation for hours, so i reverted the files and now everything is missing, or at least everything from september 10 - now.
the project ID is: 41c17b2a-4c87-3e1a-f7fa-1c8e312dda0e

Steps to Reproduce
• Force-Rollback Your Master Branch: Engineers can use server-side administrator overrides to manually change the “HEAD” pointer of your main project branch back to the exact snapshot generated during your December 7th memory calculation.
• Generate a Direct Workspace Download Package: They can extract the raw, pristine .uasset and .verse files uploaded on December 7th from their cloud storage bucket and compile them into a downloadable .zip file for you.
• Repair a Fragmented Project GUID: If your project broke because its internal cloud identification token was corrupted locally, they can reset the security handshake tokens on the server to force your local UEFN launcher to recognize the cloud repository again.
• Manually Un-stage Stuck Checkouts: If your files are trapped in an invisible server lock, support can issue a forced global unlock command on your Epic Account ID to release and expose the hidden assets.
Expected Result
My snapshot history list will update: The missing 3 months of 2025 timeline entries will reappear in your Revision Control window inside UEFN.
