I had a UEFN test project permanently locked due to a community guideline violation, and I’m looking for some advice.
The project was never public, but it got flagged for ‘Violence and Gore’ because of a specific asset. It was actually a zombie asset from the UE Marketplace that I used exactly as-is. As soon as I saw the sanction, I deleted everything related to that asset, checked it in, and even rolled back the snapshot to a version from before the asset was ever added.
I explained all of this in my appeal, but it was rejected, and now the project is gone for good. Since it was just for testing, it’s not a huge loss, but I’m worried about what happens if this kind of ‘indefensible’ issue hits a major project I’m working on. Has anyone else dealt with this?

Thank you for your quick response. This project has never been published, either publicly or privately, so there is no island code available. At the moment, the project is locked, so I am unable to publish it. Is there anything else I can provide?
@ChoHO - We do not have any indication on this end that the project is locked. It looks enabled but never published. The sanction you received would not have resulted in a permanent lock.
Ah, I initially thought the project was locked because when I tried to open the project or start a session, a moderation warning appeared and redirected me to the Creator Portal. However, after checking again, I found that if I select “Cancel” instead of going to the Creator Portal, the project starts normally, and both the private memory check and the public process complete without any issues.
Additionally, after the memory check, the moderation warning button disappeared. Thank you for your help in looking into this issue.
