Procedural hair follow through animation

First question: I have individual vines for hair. Does UE5 have a way of applying cloth dynamics/animation follow through for the vines. Should I use cloth dynamics or another method?

Second question: Will the vines also be effected by the character’s body parts? Is there a way to select each vine and apply the follow through dynamics so the vines will drape over the characters arms when the character moves its arms through the vines?

Here is a screen shot, each vine is its own object and everything is a contiguous mesh. The leaves are vertex welded to the vines. There will be one material applied to the vines/leaves.
