Procedural Foliage Spawner: No Rotation Control

I am running engine version 4.10.1 and have had a good experience so far with the Procedural Foliage Spawner.
However, after a bit of testing I realized that the rotation setting on my foliage objects are not affecting the final spawned result
The two settings I noticed have no affect are “Random Yaw”, the behavior is that this seems to be “always on”.
“Random Pitch” has no affect after multiple tests.
Hopefully I am doing something wrong and someone could tell me what I am doing wrong.

I am experiencing exact the same issue. If you use the same foliage with the normal painting tools, it works. But i also would like to see this working with the placement tool. Did you ever figure it out?
