Procedural Foliage Spawner mesh transforms

When I use Procedural Foliage Spawner to distribute foliage into my level, do the meshes such as trees that are spawned get the exact transform (especially location) every time the level is loaded (in standalone / in editor), or do they get randomised in any way?

Its static and will stay that way unless you hit the option to respawn them
