Problems with Unreal Engine 5 rendering.5.4. Incorrect lighting and display, blinking of meshes, lighting artifacts, light fading

Good afternoon. I searched almost the entire Internet and forums, but I couldn’t find the answer. There are a lot of problems that I encountered at the initial stage, and they all relate to lighting. Now, when I turn off the light source, the light itself “fades out”, and does not go out immediately, the meshes/texture of the mesh “blinks” during rapid movement if it was behind another object (movement from around a corner) in places where it docks with another mesh in the corners, even if the meshes are in each other. An attempt to assemble the game and see if there are problems in the assembled version showed that there are also “artifacts” in the sky, in the form of large translucent squares and stripes. I also noticed the unnatural glow of the meshes from the lighting. Now I’ll try to tell you what I have right now and what I have. The Lumen lighting method, the rendering settings are close to the standard ones, I will attach a photo of the settings. I set different anti-aliasing, but then there is noise on the shadows / edges, then attenuation, then the light does not disappear at all after the source is turned off. The photo also shows a list of objects in the scene. I will also attach a photo of the other settings and light source settings.

I can’t upload photos with settings and problems, so I uploaded them to the website for this purpose. I do not know if it is suitable, since I am from Russia and do not know the sites for you, I’m sorry.
