Problems with reflections

Having blocky shadows when zooming out in the editor on a sign wave material that has two sides and a twosidedsign

Also when I move the camera, the items reflected in the metallic reflection seperates the reflected geometries faces.

Examples:

Far away underside, can notice it on blue blocks darker than normal etc

Moving seperation

Also does anyone know howto make the models not look so bad in the reflections?
And how to fix “spotty or noisy shadows”? I saw a video once but can’t find it, something to do with shadow resolution?

I’m fairly new.

Also yes, I am on linux, but I don’t think that’s the problem. Can anyone confirm this on windows as well?

Okay so I fixed this by enclosing the objects of interest in a post process volume and increasing the LUMEN SCENE DETAIL to 4. It says this on the documentation but does not specify that not only the objects but also the camera must be within the post process volume for the effect to work.
