Problems with a dedicated server

Hello everyone.
I built a dedicated server based on Steam Core Pro and connected to it from the client. Ping is normal, packets are not lost (I turned on statistics in the middle of the first video).
But at the same time, physics and some features do not work correctly (for example, cubes spin like brakes, a backpack flies into the sky at the slightest touch).
When I work with the engine, everything works fine, I tried to emulate delays, the effect is completely different there.
The dedicated server was created both remote and local - the result is the same.
What could be the problem?
