Problem with my skeletal mesh when importing character from blender

Hi!

So I don’t know how to explain this properly but when I import my character from blender, really weird things happen to the skeleton.

I noticed this when I tried to make root motion work for a climbing animation and my character kept getting yeeted out of the map. I went to check mannequin skeletal mesh and noticed how clean it was compared to mine and I believe this is the reason why I cannot get root motion working?

I would LOVE to know solution to this :slightly_smiling_face:


EDIT: I found the solution for this:

First I made the units 0.01 instead of 1 in Blender

Then I made the dimensions correct for mesh and skeleton (changed the Z value to the value I wanted and copied the scale of Z to X and Y) and did Ctrl+A for mesh and skeleton and applied the scale so it goes to 1, this fixed the issue.
