Problem with Light Entering Closed Room

Hello Everyone i seem to have an external light problem. First of all i want to let everyone know i baked this scene in production quality. The problem is I have a group of walls as ONE mesh unwrapped in 3DS MAX with a 2nd uv channel and have set the light map Resolution to 1024 for them. I have placed them on a slab that has a 2048 light map resolution. I get a problem when i have a directional light from outside of the walls entering the edges of my wall as seen in the photo below. could it be that i dont have box collision? is there something else i dont know about.

Can anybody help me resolve this issue. I would be very thankful !!! thanks in advance!

Make sure that the floor doesn’t extend beyond the edges of the walls, otherwise the surface on the other side can receive illumination and bleed inside.

Also, make sure you’re building lighting on Medium or higher. I’ve seen this resolve some issues. Preview build will give you basic setup but not near as good results or final results as using other modes.
