Additional Notes

I already tried to change the name, but I don’t know what name of the project it refers to, I already changed the module through the content service, I already changed the title of the island, through the UEFN Project settings, and nothing worked for me to launch, I don’t know if it has to do with the Verse Path, but I can’t change it because it tells me that the verse path of a published island cannot be changed, there is not much mystery in my question, basically it is how I can change the name of my project so that there is no error when launching, it has nothing to do with the published island, because there is no error there

I have the same problem, but my island containts word “Hell”

do we have a fix for this yet? It’s broke my map

Please put in a case with Creator Support and select “Island Issues”. Fill in as much information as you can about the issue in the subject and description.

Hello! Actually, I already wrote to them, and they advised me to write in the forums, and that’s what I did. @Flak

yes same here I was told to go to forums

I loaded up my project and went to play it before it came up saying “the project name contains words which might break the Fortnite Island Creator Rules”. I then had no option but to change it as it popped up with a window saying change now to something more fitting. When I clicked apply and tried to launch my map it then gave me loads and loads of errors all because of this change. I can’t even play it anymore and I’ve spent almost a year working on this and as I’m ready to release soon, I then get greeted with this issue which seems to be unresolvable for me and have no idea what to do now. I also found out its because the word “hell” is used in my project name so in the update its now put a block on that word or something. (My Project name is called “HeavenandHell”) but when it popped up with “the project name contains words which might break the Fortnite Island Creator Rules” It made me change it to something else, that being the word “tower”. But now I had to change that on the project its just broke the map completely full of errors and most likely changed code in a bunch of files.

Got the same issue also. Have they responded to you yet?

Please fix this. This is a major issue that needs to be resolved. I know prestige and have seen the map he’s working on and it’s too good for this not to get fixed. Please get someone on this issue ASAP, Revert the code it made everyone change and uncensor the word hell.

@Pascal_Davis Can you check if this works for you?

Let me try that too

Did it end up working?

Hold on! I switched the Folder name and the project file name, and it worked!

Told ya, let me know if it has any side effects, glad you got it fixed though

It didn’t work without changing its folder name and project file name though. My title was already changed from changing it in settings inside editor instead of notepad and i didn’t choose it manually either. I think the title, folder name and uefnproject name in that folder needs to all be changed for this to work.

thank you so much though,… I changed these 3 things to make it work finally.
