Hello community.
I usually make models in Sketch Up and I recently started using Unreal Engine for architecture visualization. I import the models through Datasmith but when I apply materials done in Unreal Engine I started having problems.
Unfortunately when I make a material in Unreal Engine and replace the basis material imported from Sketch Up, the editor replaces the material with the default checkerboard with no error sign. I discovered this happens because somehow the model doesn’t support the displacement map, but I don’t know how to solve it.
I attach an image with the material applied over an Unreal sphere, and over the roof on the right in my imported sketchup model.
Thank you very much!
