Problem with baked normal map from blender

I need your helps in this case :

There is a strange straight line in mesh with normal map as this image :

I saw a video that fix this problem but in Blender by change color space to non-color data…unfortunately,this seems like there no option like this in ue4…

Does the line follow along a UV seam?

yes…it follows along with a seam line
