Problem with animations - Z offset

Hi community! I am having this problem with the animations, the first one is the one that came with ue4 , and as you can see its OK , but the second one is imported from fbx and do that! I found that the root bone its different from the other one but I was unable to make changes and fix it. Can someone help me? thanks in advance.
