PROBLEM: The offset position of dynamic shadows is "jump".

I have a questions about dynamick shadows with Stationary light source. My shadows from Movable meshes are jump depending on the position of the camera. Look at the shadows on the cat.

Are you using a light function?
Usually the spotlights dont do that detailed shadows, they usually didnt work well too.

r.ShadowQuality 5

In any case, such a problem exists with the default settings too.
